Publishers and advertisers
Additional terms apply to publishers (publisher terms) and advertisers (advertiser terms). Where they conflict with these terms, the specific terms apply.
No guarantee
Click2Track does not guarantee any income, conversions, approvals or campaign availability. Results depend on traffic, campaign rules and advertiser validation.
Intellectual property
The Click2Track name, logo, software and content belong to OMI Fintech Private Limited and may not be copied without permission.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits or decisions made by advertisers or financial institutions.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Maharashtra having jurisdiction.
